I generally spend a couple of hours a week answering customizing questions. If I ever get a question more than once, I assume that it would probably be a good idea to put it somewhere on the website. When I first started collecting Pullips there weren’t any tutorials for anything, and my first dolls arrived broken. One (Moon) was so messed up new out of the box that there wasn’t anything to do with her BUT customize her. I hope these tutorials spare at least a few people the frustrations I had.
The tutorials are split into three main categories, and you can see them off on the right hand column.
Customizing tutorials deal with customizing. These aren’t just aesthetic tutorials, they will also show you how to do things like replace bodies.
Repair tutorials deal with just that: fixes for common problems found in Pullips. Early quality control was especially bad, dolls arriving with body parts broken off NRFB was not uncommon.
