Helloooo sparkles!
Ok, so like it or not, the occasional nail polish post will be made. Don’t worry, I intend to keep it interesting!
I bought a bunch of Nubar duo and multichromes in a bout of shopping therapy a few weeks ago and have been in love ever since. Not only is their Diamont topcoat WAY better than Seche Vite (no shrinkage, super shiny, dries even faster) but the colors are preeeeetttty. Like the one above!
And this one, which is “Gem”. It’s not a duo or multichrome, but it’s full of holo dust so your nails flash rainbow sparkles in the sun. I would recommend layering this over a similar colored polish as the grit of the dust causes the base color to appear a little bumpy. I fixed that by putting another layer over the topcoat.

Now here’s me doing my nails to a theme again. We were going antiquing, so I decided to paint my nails to look like carnival glass. Because hey, look it matches my nails! That’s worth a discount, right? (Hey, it’s worth a try)
This is Revlon Whimsical. I have to keep looking up the name, because what it looks like is Robin’s eggs. Which is awesome! Definitely one of my fav polishes from the last month.
Another Fav, Jessica Irridescent Eye. This is a dupe for Chanel Peridot, and everybody and their brother is duping this polish. I don’t even like green polishes, but I loooooooove this. It looks perfect. So perfect I don’t even want to put a glitter coat or something on it!
I’ve also been trying to do more stamping. Mostly failing, mind you, but when it comes out it looks spectacular!
To be continued!

What is the name of the color you used to match the carnival glass?

It wasn’t just one polish unfortunately ^^; This was one of those ‘let’s try a layer of this… now how about a layer of this…” until it looked right.
